Location: Makati, Philippines (Night Shift)
Earnings: 25,000 PHP per month (Freelancer Contract)
Description: We are seeking a talented (Freelance) People Management and Wellness Ambassador to join our team in Manila for a night shift position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the operations of our organization, handling accounting tasks, coordinating projects, and assisting with talent acquisition.
The People Management and Wellness Ambassador is a vital member of the team responsible for promoting and supporting employee well-being within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a healthy and positive workplace culture, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional wellness. The Wellness Ambassador will work closely with personnel to develop and implement wellness initiatives, programs, and resources that enhance the overall well-being of the workforce around the whole lifecycle of staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Health Promotion, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in wellness program development and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of physical and mental health, well-being, and related topics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Certification in wellness, health promotion, or related fields is a plus.
