Study how people and AI perform on actual assignments.

Selected candidates study performance, artificial intelligence, and labor economics with direct access to Globalco's production workflows and senior teams.

  • Performance management: we conduct fundamental, academic-grade research on performance and its psychology.
  • Artificial intelligence: we conduct advanced model and systems research with GPUs and computing hardware.
  • Labor economics: we study human and machine interaction and the future structure of productive work.
