- PHP 15,000 monthly income
- HMO and 13th month pay

Second Pathway
Advanced Research Program
The Advanced Research Program is designed for exceptional candidates ready to work on frontier questions across performance science, artificial intelligence, and labor economics in a real operating environment.
Research is built around rigorous methods, direct access to production workflows, and close collaboration with senior teams inside Globalco.
Three research poles
- Performance Management: fundamental and academic-grade research on performance and the psychology of performance.
- Artificial Intelligence: advanced model and systems research with access to state-of-the-art GPUs and hardware.
- Labor Economics: research on human+machine interaction and the future structure of productive work.
Research objectives
- Improve Globalco's processes with a clear focus on progress for Globalco teams and clients.
- Advance science at a fundamental level and contribute to pushing the world toward a better place.
Selection is highly competitive. Candidates may be invited from within the Trainee Program or through direct evaluation.
